Bacon & Florentine Biscuit Cups
Want to try something different for breakfast. Need to eat a little more healthy? Try Bacon & Florentine Biscuit cups. They are easier to make then you may think. Watch the video below and amaze your family and friends. This is great on a weekend or for a brunch. It only takes about 30-40 minutes. That includes the 20-30 minutes of cooking time. The next time you are called on to make breakfast surprise everyone with Bacon & Florentine Biscuit Cups.
All you need is:
- Bacon (2 Slices per cup) You can cook you own bacon or buy already cooked bacon
- Eggs (1 per cup)
- Cream of Spinach (4.5 oz)
- Cheese (pick what you like)
- Biscuits (based on the size of your pan) Use regular biscuits in regular muffin pan. Use large biscuits in over-sized muffin pan.
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Muffin Pan (regular or over-sized will due)
- Cooking Spray or Cooking Oil
Cooking Steps: Makes 6
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2: Combine your ingratiates
- Spray Cooking Spray into Muffin Cups
- Add 1 biscuit to each cup stretch the biscuit to cover the whole cup
- 2 slices of bacon for each cup
Step 3: Mix Florentine together in a bowl
- Put 4.5 oz of Cream Spinach in bowl
- Add 2 egg to each cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add cheese to based on taste
- Mix together
Step 4:
- Pour Florentine mixture into each cup
Step 5: Cook
- Place in oven for 20-30 minutes
Step 4: Let the Bacon & Florentine biscuit cup cool for five minutes
